Fees and Payment for Services

The fee for services are determined after evaluation or consultation needs are discussed. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, and credit cards.

First Coast PsychoEducational Services does not bill insurance companies for reimbursement. If you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company, a detailed statement of the services can be provided once your invoice is paid in full. Insurance companies do not typically cover psychoeducational evaluations; therefore, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. However, services may be considered an appropriate medical expense through a flexible spending account (FSA). Please check with the provider to determine guidelines for reimbursed expenses through your flexible spending account. You may also be reimbursed for expenses through the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities.
